Meet The Team
Fred Daum
Fred has over 8 years of experience in the distribution space, during which time he oversaw regional growth from 1 million in sales to over 11 million. He was also the winner of the the Million Dollar Club award. In addition to this experience, Fred has successfully ran an online cosmetics company for the last 5 years.
Fred earned his degree in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, where he was captain of the varsity tennis team.
Jan Daum
Jan has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. During her tenure at Brookshire Hathaway Homeservices, Jan was ranked in the top 2% of agents for total production. Prior to real estate, Jan was an elementary school teacher.
Jan has earned a B. A. in Psychology from Hiram College and another in Education from the University of South Florida. Jan also has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Walden University.
